Booking Terms

If you sign up for a free session, we expect you to join and, if you miss it, simply register for a future one. Paid sessions, bootcamps, workshops, and other paid services can be rescheduled only if another date is available, and rescheduling is not guaranteed. Cancellations by participants are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled start, after which the full fee applies. No-shows are charged in full with no refund. Individual meetings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before start, while cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Fees are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If Parallel Momentum initiates a reschedule, participants will be moved to the new date and without any additional fees. If Parallel Momentum cancels a session or cannot offer an alternative date, the applicable fee will be refunded in full. Refunds are processed promptly, but processing times may vary depending on payment platforms or required information. Participants are expected to maintain respectful, spam-free conduct. When the format allows, you should join with your camera on, keep your microphone muted unless invited to interact, and participate in line with session guidelines. Parallel Momentum may use extracts, screenshots, clips, or brief moments from free or paid sessions for social media, testimonials, or marketing purposes. Recording of sessions, sharing materials or screenshots publicly, redistributing or commercially using any Parallel Momentum content, and the use of AI note-takers are strictly prohibited. All materials, tools, structures, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Parallel Momentum. Sessions are delivered live only unless explicitly stated. Participation does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship, nor does it imply endorsement or affiliation. All services are educational and informational. No specific business, financial, operational, or personal outcomes are guaranteed, and Parallel Momentum assumes no liability for any decisions, actions, or losses arising from participation. Participation in our services implies acceptance of these terms.
